Jessie | Bath
Jessie keeps everything running smoothly in our Bath salon, supporting both our employed and self-employed stylists in the community space. She’s passionate about giving clients the best possible experience, sharing her love of products, and helping the team grow together.
Carmen | Bath & Frome
Carmen has been with us for many years and knows the salons inside out! She started in our Bath salon before managing our Bradford on Avon location. After having her two children, she now leads communications and client experience.
Behind the scenes, Carmen keeps everything running like clockwork — from website updates to software systems — making sure every client’s experience is smooth and effortless. When she’s not working her magic at the salon, you’ll find her running, spending time with family, or enjoying weekends away with the girls.
